Eco-Education Paradigm

Eco-Education Paradigm"In the 21st century, we need a bold new paradigm for living and learning if we are going to thrive, versus barely survive. We need a model that illustrates the personal and planetary connections that serve to make us whole, and restore the wholeness we've lost through our unconscious relationship with ecos. We also need a model for living and learning that awakens our "eco-intelligence" -the intelligence that I believe all living things are born with, -which guides us humans, to make eco-friendly life choices that 'feed' and 'nourish' our our shared eco-existence."

A Paradigm for Living Well Is Rooted in an Eco-Intelligent
Worldview

An eco-intelligent worldview is a a view of life that is rooted in the principles of balance and wholeness. Acheiving balance and wholeness is a function of interdependence between humans and the earth. This interdependence takes place naturally when the ‘eco-relationships’ that define our personal and planetary ecology are working together to exchange positive, life-giving energy. Below, is a paradigm which illustrates all of the 'eco-relationships' that define our personal and planetary ecology, -essentially, our wholeness.

 Exploring An Eco-Intelligent Worldview

How do you care for the 'eco-relationships' that define your your experience of personal balance and planetary wholeness? Within the outer circle of the paradigm featured above, you are invited to explore six principle 'ingredients' for living whole, that serve to 'feed' and 'nourish' your eco-intelligence, and support you in creating a lifestyle that fosters the exchange of positive energy within your body and the earth.
