Within the inner circle of the paradigm featured, we can clearly identify the eco-relationships that are essential to our wholeness. And even though the eco-relationships appear to the eye, as separate parts, -they are, in reality, totally interconnected. In fact, we support the interconnectedness of these relationships when we live with awareness of how they are designed to function in balance and harmony, to meet our ecological needs. When we live with this awareness, we honor our innate eco-intelligence, an innate intelligence we were born with that guides us to know and remember our place and function in the grand scheme of life. It is through our eco-intelligence, that we are guided to make healthy choices that protect, sustain, and nourish all functions related to life. The choices we make that serve to sustain life invite us to ‘feed’ and ‘nourish’ the ‘eco-relationships’ that are at the core of our lives with organic lifestyle, food and health choices that integrate our needs as whole people, and a whole planet. Within the outer circle of the paradigm featured, we are invited to explore six principles for eco-intelligent living that serve to integrate our personal and planetary needs. These principles include an awareness of what is:

Living with awareness of how our actions and our choices (including our food, health and lifestyle choices) affect the health and wellness of all living things.
Living with awareness of the personal and planetary relationships that are needed in order to foster a diverse, interdependent community of life.
Living with awareness of the basic necessities that are needed to maintain life.
Living with awareness of the everyday life rituals and life choices that foster inner harmony and outer balance.
Living with awareness of the biological and spiritual process by which we assimilate nourishment for personal growth and planetary evolution.
Living with awareness of the wholeness and connectedness that is at the heart and soul of our creation.
The six principles for eco-intelligent living introduced to you (in the Bring Back the Earth! Eco-Learning Legacy and Eco-Mentor Leadership Training) guide you along an inspiring pathway of learning that supports you in developing a healthy, loving and compassionate relationship with your self, the earth, and all living things. In the process of developing this healthy relationship, you will discover how to meet the needs of your personal ecology, as well as the planetary ecology of which you are an integral part. Meeting the needs of your personal ecology begins with awareness of your self as a whole being, and continues with an awareness of how your whole self and the whole earth interact to exchange life-giving energy.
